Lakeside is proud to announce their most recent graduates of The Indiana/Kentucky/Ohio Regional Council of Carpenters (IKORCC) and The Ohio Carpenters Joint Apprenticeship and Training program.
IKORCC Apprenticeship Program has a variety of career paths available, including carpentry, floor covering, millwright, and pile driver, at no cost to the student. IKORCC’s on-the-job training program benefits include:
- Learning from seasoned instructors
- Working with experienced journeymen
- Generous pay
- Union benefits after 90 days
As an Ohio Carpenters’ Joint Apprenticeship and Training Program Board of Trustees member, Randy Hayes, Lakeside’s Safety Director, appreciates the quality of the program and the extensive training offered. Apprenticeship graduates are known to be the most skilled and productive on jobsites, and Lakeside is proud to employ so many IKORCC graduates. IKORCC also promotes a Helmets to Hardhats apprenticeship program for our nation’s heroes who are transitioning from military to civilian life and are interested in a career in the trades.
