Perrysburg, Ohio — Lakeside Interior Contractors, Inc. has announced Matthew “Matt” Homier has taken a seat at the company’s ownership table as VP of Marketing. Matt has taken the ownership position opened up by the recent retirement of Daniel “Andy” Anderzack, one of Lakeside’s original owners. Andy had been with Lakeside since its inception in 1989 and has plans to spend his retirement in South Florida.
Mr. Homier, hired in January 2001, developed a depth of experience working as an estimator and project manager. Over the years, Matt has worked on several large and notable area projects including the First Solar facility in Perrysburg, the Dana World Headquarters in Maumee and WellTower (formerly Healthcare REIT) in Toledo. According to Matt, he “Looks forward to joining the other partners to continue building on the successful business the previous owners have created.” Lakeside’s current owners include Mike Mayo, President, Craig Huffman, Treasurer, Brian Fogel, VP of Estimating and Randy Deniston, VP of Sales.
Matt, a lifelong resident of Northwest Ohio, currently resides in Monclova with Jen, his wife of 16 years, and three children, Devon (13), Cade (11) and Danica (10). Matt graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1998. Immediately after graduating, Homier worked for Bostleman Corp. as a project manager for four years before being hired by Lakeside.
