After more than 35 years of keeping Lakeside running behind the scenes, Kevin Weiss is heading into a well-earned retirement. Kevin joined Lakeside in August 1990 as our Warehouse Manager, coordinating equipment, supplies, and job-site logistics to keep our crews on time every day. His professionalism and reliability have been a constant for this organization, and his contributions have supported countless projects across Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.
THE BACKBONE OF LAKESIDE’S OPERATIONS
Long before a project begins, someone has to make sure the right tools, materials, and equipment are where they need to be. For 35 years, that someone was Kevin. As Warehouse Manager, Kevin oversaw the coordination of equipment delivery and pickup across job sites and managed supply inventory. This work may not make the highlight reel, but it’s work that makes everything else possible.
WHAT’S NEXT
After April 30th, you’ll find Kevin and his wife Melissa, spending more time at their lake, enjoying the outdoors and making memories with their family. We don’t doubt that he will be enjoying every minute of his retirement.
Beginning May 1st, Seth Koralewski will oversee warehouse coordination. While Kevin’s steady, committed approach is rare, it leaves behind a strong foundation that we know Seth is ready to carry forward.
